Telephone Skills
Today the business world revolves around personal service and globalisation. As a result, the telephone has become the way to do business. And, of course, this brings us lots of benefits. The good news is that a competitive business environment means that the telephone is an increasingly cost-effective way to communicate. The bad news is that 18,200,000 customers were lost because of poor telephone service. During this workshop, we will discuss different types of telephone users, how to understand callers and the do's and don'ts of answering calls. We will also explore communication and questions during calls, how to build rapport and get through to people and you as the super user.
Access is given by your company administrator.
