Problem and People management

Problem solving is the act of defining a problem; determining the cause of the problem; identifying, prioritizing, and selecting alternatives for a solution; and implementing a solution. During this workshop, you will understand problem solving and how to approach different problems and make effective decisions in the workplace. You will also gain insight into the types of conflict in the workplace and how to manage and resolve the conflict.
