Ensuring a potential employee is interviewed by a well-trained staff member is of the upmost importance in any company's hiring process. It is vital that the interviewer asks the best questions to properly understand how the candidate would fulfil the role and fit into the company. During this workshop, the following topics will be discussed: Types of interview questions, listening and interpreting body language during an interview. We will also discuss the following types of interviews: The selection interview, appraisal interview, discipline interview, counselling interview and fact-finding interview.
